• VIP ticket holders in all Laneway Festival cities must be 18+.
• There is a limit of six (6) VIP tickets per transaction.
• VIP inclusions will be redeemed either in advance or collected on the day of the festival (unless otherwise advised).
• All Laneway Festival VIP ticket items and experiences are subject to change without notice. In the event of such a change, except to the extent required by law, a purchaser is not entitled to a refund.
• A purchaser is not entitled to a refund except to the extent required by law or the event is cancelled.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of festival cancellation.

For the first time ever, we’re offering a special keepsake to celebrate 21 years of Laneway Festival. Take home a piece of Laneway history with your very own Souvenir Ticket.

The Souvenir Ticket is a keepsake only, not your ticket into the event.

Australian Orders
These will be shipped to the address listed in your My Ticketek account.

International Orders
Orders with international addresses will not be shipped. International customers can collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day. Souvenir Tickets not collected on event day, will not be shipped post event.

Souvenir Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions

• Souvenir Tickets will be posted by Ticketek and arrive no later than one week prior to the event.
• Souvenir Tickets will be dispatched via AusPost on behalf of Ticketek AU.
• Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales.
• Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.
• If you haven't received your Souvenir Ticket one week before your event, please, contact souvenirtickets@ticketek.com.au to arrange a replacement.

You will be able to see and claim your positive impact through the innovative Reforest platform, and you can receive updates about the project as your tree or patch of native Koala Habitat grows.
